Virtual nowadays. Incertitude of a peaceful future among technological and informational resources

Abstract

Nowadays, the social transformations are constituted in a usual fact. They are derivated,mostly, of the scientifi c and technological progress. Inevitably, this transformation reach our individual, social and professional life, wich implies new ways of the culture appropriation, and with this, the citizen participation. This way, the text tackles the relationship between thecnology and culture, based in the conception of that the virtual present certitude is an irreversible reality, even though it is impossible to predict the possibility of a peaceful future.
